We have been asked for some ideas about ways you can share Khordiafy with teachers and school leaders in other schools, towns and countries. Every primary school can khordiafy.
The sooner many more schools in all the countries join the Khordiafy family, the greater the value will be for everyone involved, realising our vision of amity and understanding all the sooner as we watch the Khordiafy effect become unstoppable.
Here are some practical ways to let other schools know that they too can join a khordiafying cluster of schools.
You could suggest that they make a note of the day they first heard about Khordiafy!
Do you have any children in your class who have family in another European country?
Invite them to help share Khordiafy with a primary school that the family has a link with in that country.
What primary school did you go to? Make contact as an ex-pupil and introduce them to Khordiafy.com
Let them know that you think it would have been great if your old school been a Khordiafy school back in your day and invite them to take a look for themselves.
How about Involving your pupils by looking at the cities, towns and villages on a map of Europe, asking them to select a place on the map, then searching for local primary schools there?
Send a message to that school, from one country to the other, your class to theirs, about how wonderful it would be for them to also join in with Khordiafy movement. Maybe even send it by post as a letter!
Where is that student friend from your teacher training college days teaching now?
Let them know what you’re doing and invite them to bring their school into Khordiafy too.
Which former colleague who is now teaching elsewhere?
Tell them that there is a Khordiafy space waiting for their school and for every other primary school.
Are you part of a networking group for primary schools and teachers?
Post a brief message to the group asking how many have yet heard about the Khordiafy movement, using the link khordiafy.com/post/vision
Have you had a holiday somewhere in Europe?
Well here’s a bit of fun you can have.
Send a school-to school message to a local primary school near where you stayed, that as you’ve an affection and appreciation of the place you’d love be the one to tell them about about Khordiafy.
Do you use a café / restaurant, shop or business that is run by folk who are originally from another European country?
Invite them to share Khordiafy with a primary school back in their family’s home town.
What primary school did your school colleagues, other friends or even relatives go to?
Invite them to do the same as was suggested in idea number 2 above.
What about where the parents of your school kids went to school themselves?
The same as suggested in ideas 2 and 9, parents could invite their old school to take a look at Khordiafy.com.
Is your school part of a wider federation, a group, or a regional administration?
Think about who in that organisation you might share your own Khordiafy story with: certain individuals, a particular team, or to the whole operation in one message.
Do you have your own idea for getting the news about Khordiafy out to other primary schools?
That's brilliant. Just go ahead and do it!
Thank you very much for being an ambassador for Khordiafy.
